During my 3rd trip to California, when looking for old atmosphere and still wandering music of the famous Monterey Jazz Festival of the 60's, I ended up visiting this famous tourist attraction at a very expensive and small city in Monterey Bay. After waiting in a long line of cars, I finally found a spot to park the car and went to see this famous lonely cedar tree. It grows on a bare rock some 50 metres away from the vista point. It was really hard to get a good shot as there were a lot of people lining up with their cameras to take their own picture. Well, Carmel-by-the Sea has another attraction, Clint Eastwood used to be a mayor of this city. It's also a place of very famous golf course at Pebble Beach that will host 2010 US Open.
I am a good combination of life experience and still good look due to a special set of genes and healthy lifestyle. I am a free bird but not an avatar in any way. Meandering between a real world and virtual reality. Performing a very substantial job every day in one room of life and living in other ones after finishing it. Living towards the future but also with my experiences from the past that helped shape me the way I am. Striving to find the real sense of love, friendship and understanding, no matter what cultural backgrounds divide us. Showing my middle finger to infidelity, hypocrisy, lies, media brainwash, TV commercials, celebrity talk, trademarked clothing, tag prices $9.99 instead of $10.00 and the institution of the Catholic Church (big time!).
Living in Vancouver with my European roots, I feel more and more visible minority here. Believe in power of nature and simple life's truths and rules..., but sometimes breaking them myself when pushed to the limits. Still learning new things and digging into life, patiently, one day at a time...
